I was sat watching Gordon Brown announce the International Health Partnership, trying hard to listen to what was going on above the general early evening chaos that is Oxton HQ, when Josh, who had just discovered it was International talk like a pirate day wandered over and in a general tone of dissatisfaction with the Prime Minister declared “Arrrr! He’s not talking like a pirate!?”
